1. Terms of Use
By using Poker Banker at pokerbanker.app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What Poker Banker is: A free real-time banker tool for home poker games. It tracks buy-ins, rebuys, chip counts, and calculates who pays whom at the end. It is a convenience tool. Nothing more.
What Poker Banker is not: Poker Banker is not a gambling platform, betting service, real-money gaming application, or financial service of any kind. No money changes hands through this application. The 💵 and 🪙 symbols represent in-game tracking units only.
Your use: You agree to use this app only for its intended purpose — tracking chip counts and settlements during home card games. You are responsible for the accuracy of amounts entered and for resolving any financial disputes with other players.
Intellectual property: The Poker Banker application, its design, code, branding, and all associated assets are the property of Imagynations Ignyt. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
2. Privacy Policy
Poker Banker does not collect, store, or sell any personally identifiable information. No account is required to use the app.
What we store:
· Session data — Player names, chip counts, and session state are held in memory only via WebSocket connections. When all participants disconnect, the session is permanently gone. No database is involved.
· Player name suggestions — Names you type are saved locally on your device in browser localStorage. They never leave your device and can be cleared within the app.
· Recent sessions — A list of recent session IDs is saved locally on your device. Never transmitted to any server.
· No analytics — Poker Banker collects no usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry of any kind.
What we do not collect: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, device identifiers, IP addresses, financial amounts, or any personally identifiable information.
Third-party services: We use Cloudflare Workers for WebSocket infrastructure and Firebase for web hosting. Data in transit is encrypted (WSS/TLS). Neither service receives player data or session content. No data is shared with advertisers or other third parties.
Children: Poker Banker is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
3. Responsible Use
Poker Banker is designed for home game tracking only. We are committed to ensuring our app is used in a healthy, responsible manner.
No gambling: This app has no affiliation with gambling, betting, or real-money gaming platforms. It is a scorekeeper and settlement calculator for home games among friends.
Transparency: All players in a session can view balances in real time. We encourage transparency and good sportsmanship.
Disputes: Imagynations Ignyt is not a party to any financial disputes between players. Any disagreements about amounts, rules, or outcomes are solely between the players involved.
Local laws: Users are responsible for ensuring their use of this app complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
4. Liability & Disclaimers
Poker Banker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
No warranty: We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or error-free. Internet connectivity, Cloudflare service availability, and device conditions are outside our control.
Data loss: Sessions exist in memory only. We are not liable for any loss of session data due to connectivity issues, device issues, or service interruptions. Always confirm settlements before closing the app.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imagynations Ignyt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Poker Banker — including but not limited to financial disputes between players, lost session data, or app downtime.
Accuracy: All amounts are entered manually by users. Imagynations Ignyt is not responsible for incorrect entries or misapplication of game rules.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
